Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredient
150 gr. peanut butter
150 gr. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp backing powder
seeds from 1 vanilla pod or a tsp of vanilla sugar
Method
Mix all ingredients together till it forms a smooth dough.
Heat up oven to 200°. Place a sheet of backing paper on the backing tray. Use a spoon dipped in water to form round balls same size as a walnut and place them on the tray. Leave some space between as they flattens out.
Bake for 7-8 minutes
Leave to cool on a griddle
